Services of controls, adjustments and maintenance of equipment for monitoring and regulating the hydraulic system of wastewater collection and warning stations The present consultation concerns the controls, the-control and maintenance of the monitoring and hydraulic control equipment installed on the wastewater network of the municipality and also the services of control, regulation and maintenance of weather monitoring and warning stations of the rainwater services and the civil security of the city of Antibes (Pluviographers, monitoring of level and debit of cowater and rain valleys) to the extent that the measuring and telegestion equipment associated with them are similar to those installed on the wastewater collection system.

Control, adjustment and control services maintenance of equipment for monitoring and regulating the hydraulic system of wastewater collection and weather warning stations-and flood control.

The contracting authority imposes the transmission of the application in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 but accepts that the candidate presents his application in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME) in paper format only. Presentation as DC1 and DC2: Applicants must use DC1 forms (application letter) and DC2 (declaration of the candidate) to submit their application.

This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles 25-i.1, 67 and 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3. 2016 on public markets. This consultation will be carried out pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. In accordance with Article 53.
