Requesting a quotation on the construction of 20 mini-houses with a possible 5 houses to be added later. Each house shall be 30 m in size. The houses shall be built on the contractor's site and moved full sized to the house site. Each house is designed to be move from the building area to the house site. The maximum width of the house shall be 3 500 mm and the maximum length with fencing shall be 11 100 mm. The house structure shall be made from CLT, cross laminated timber. CLT shall be used in the floor, exterior walls, interior walls and roof.
