Open procedure for a service contract for the establishment of a centralized regional online marketing tool for tourism activities and tourism in Wallonia

The purpose of this contract is to provide a tool enabling the marketing ofigne of the Walloon tourist offer and a payment solution allowing the management of financial flows. (See special specifications in the documents attached to this notice)

Wallonia Belgium Tourism is looking for a service provider (and its possible subcontractors) with an existing solution as much as possible to meet the needs and featuresin the special specifications (see documents attached to this notice of operation) and having already been deployed on a tourist territory.

WBT wishes to receive an offer in particular for the following services:

- the setting up of the ORC,

- ORC user licenses for the different categories of users described in the specifications,

- licenses for the use ofini-PMS and mini-AMS described in the specifications,

- the guarantee of the operation 24/7 of the ORC according to a disponibilite described in the specifications, with guarantees of service also described,

- the formation of the WBT staff and field relays, as well as training tools and materials for WBT and its tourism promotion partners tousers,

- a support and helpdesk of the contractor for the adjudicator as described later in this specification,

- an annual maintenance, including the evolutives versions of the software tools in the broad sense (softwares),

- an efficient hosting,

- optional, specific adaptations of the tool for the specific needs of WBT (change request CRQ).
