Announcement of a card system "Education card / education account" and billing of the services of the education and participation package in in the city of Bielefeld in the period from October 1, 2020 to January 31, 2022 plus an extension option of 2 x 12 months.

The client assumes that the total number of approximately 21, 500 education cards / education accounts will be reached within 12 months after the start of production the entire possible period of the tendered service, including the extension options:

a) The total price from the price sheet for the "one-time set-up costs" is taken into account in full when determining the valuation-relevant offer price.

b) The costs for the active education cards / education accounts are determined as follows:

- Price per active education card / active education account is the same for a total expenditureor less 3, 000 pieces for a period of 4 months:

Calculation: 3, 000 pieces of education cards / education accounts x 4 months of 30 calendar days;

- Price per active education card / active education account for a total expenditure of 3, 001 to 8, 000 pieces for a period of 4 months:

Calculation: 8, 000 pieces of education cards / education accounts x 4 months of 30 calendar days;

- Price per active educationarte / active education account with a total expenditure of 8 001 to 15 000 pieces for a period of 4 months:

calculation: 15 000 pieces education cards / education accounts x 4 months a 30 calendar days;

- price per active education card / active education account for a total expenditure or larger 15 001 pieces for a period of 36 months:

Calculation: 20 000 pieces educational cards / Bildungskonten x 36 months a 30 calendar days.

c) The costs for the support of service providers and service providers by hotline for technical questions are taken into account for a period of 48 months.

The evaluation points of the offer price result from the number of the maximum achievable percentage points (here : 80) minus the result of the maximum achievable percentage point multiplierwith the difference between the bidder`s offer price and the best price divided by the best price. The best price is the lowest offer price of all offers in the evaluation.

The position optionally queried in the price sheet remains unconsidered when evaluating the offer price.
