Aarhus Water - Consultancy Advice

In connection with the realization of Aarhus Water`s business plan, Aarhus Water needs to enter into framework agreements with advisors who can assist with Aarhus Water`s business strategy. strategic advice and management and organizational development respectively

Main Sitea: Aarhus Municipality.

The tender consists of 2 framework agreements, named:

1) Strategic advice

2) Management and organizational development

Three companies are pre-qualified to bid for each framework agreement, cf. the tender document 1.0 Pre-qualification conditions. has been prequalified for submitting bids on both framework agreements, two separate bids must be submitted one tFor the framework agreement on strategic advice, the following applies:

1) Strategic advice:

Business-oriented, intensive advice on the development of sub-strategies and plans and implementation of the work in accordance with strategy 2025. analyzes, consultation and advice on strategic themes at top management level, structurescourse of events preparation of sub-strategies and participation in the preparation of sub-strategies as well as methods for successful reporting.

Counseling can involve assistance with long-term external partners nationally and internationally and support the Board`s development work.

Arhus Water`s sustainability principles are part of the "strategy house"The strategic advice is in close cooperation with the organization`s management:

- Board

- Management

- Top management

- Program managers

Applicant must provide the following information for the latest 3 Accounting:

1) Equity

2) Turnover

3) Equity ratio

This information must be provided when completing eESPD, Part IV, Section B. Turnover must be stated under annual turnover. Equity and solvency ratio are stated under financial ratios. Pre-qualification conditions available through iBinder.
