The object of the proceedings is the oneClearance of a fee-based service license for the marketing of advertising space on buses for local public transport in the Salzburg Transport Association. of this notice.

Reference is made to the possible requirement of an official decision for the admissibility of exercising an activity in Austria as well as to the obligation pursuant to Section 15 (1) BVergGKonz 2018. This provision obliges bidders who are resident in the territory of another contracting party to the EEA Agreement or in Switzerland and who are responsible for the pursuit of an activityin Austria must obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualifications, initiate a procedure as soon as possible, but in any case before the expiry of the offer period. The client will conduct negotiations in accordance with - 23 BVergGKonz 2018n, but reserves the right to award the concession on the basis of the initial offers, i.e. without entering into negotiations.
