Other indications: note: 2 recent conditions appear in this procedure:

- the employment contract between the candidate and the tenderer must be signed at the time of filing the offer (and be reachedto the latter); it must enter into force no later than the date indicated for the start of the mission. A simple promise of exclusivity is no longer enough;

Indication of remedies: The present hasAs tenders are subject to the Geneva regulations on the award of public contracts (RSGe L 6 05.01), they may be appealed within 10 days of their publication in the FAO before the Administrative Chamber of the Geneva Court of Justice, 10 rue Saint-Leger, case postale 1956, 1211 Geneve 1. The appeal must be filed in two copies, refer to the present call for tendersres and contain the duly motivated conclusions, with indication of the means of proof as well as the signature of the appellant. It should also be both precise and concise. The offer itself must be sent in two electronic copies (only on USB key, excluding any other mediumdigital, not email). Complete offers must be submitted exclusively either by post or at the OCSIN counter. Tenders which will not be received or handed over to the contracting authority in the forms and within the time allowed (cf. section 1.4), complete and accompanied by the required supporting documents, will not be taken into account.
