RV on the design of print and media products, digital media and videos.

We are looking for a design / graphics agency with internal quality management, the BA standard means of communication, including mainly print and media products, designed according to requirements. In addition to the sentence and the artwork, this also includes the creation of artwork as well as pure adaptation orders.

Direct cooperation between the client and the creation or realization of the contractor must be possible. This means, for example, that for direct reinzeichnungsauftraegen theCreative Department is not interposed. When it comes to creative performance, an agile process is required between the creator department of the contractor and the employer's needs carrier as needed. For this purpose, one main contact person must be named by the contractor as well as by the client.

The design orders are the priorityorders that can not be created using the BA's Web-to-Print system ("BA-MediaNet").

For individual products of business needs, eg leaflets, flyers, information brochures, annual reports and business reports, print templates must be designed or adapted . For all print / online products, a barrier-free PDF version must be implemented and delivered(See also section I.15).

Also for other forms of communication (presentations, displays, advertisements, means of communication, etc.) it is necessary to design materials according to the target group or, if necessary, to provide a printable template for the respective intended use .

Exemplary content or design orders are:

- Implementation and support in all matters of graphic, technical and content design of advertising materials and materials in the context of BA Corporate Design (CD),

- Design of brochures and editorial design projects (business reports / program brochures etc.), - design of standard publications such as flyers, brochures, posters, which can not or only partially be processed via the BA web-to-print system ("BA-MediaNet"). The order and acceptance of printing are not part of the framework contract.

For all orders, the specifications and design guidelines (CD) of the customer must be observed.

According to para. I.17 I.19 of the terms of reference, one work sample per lot is to be drawn up.
