Scheduling of Dunkirk sector regulations - gas change project
The perimeter of the service covers:
- customer follow-up being self-collected via the rapidity and communication of the elements to the regulation companies in charge of intervening atconcerned customers
- follow-up of the opt-out:
- follow-up of the choice of the customer to retain or not his PHE (usual maintenance provider)
- making contact with the PHEs designed by the customers and monitoring their acceptance / refusal
- preparation of the sector adjustment phase:
--constitution of the file of the speakers in relation with GRDF: availability and identification of the speakers and points of contactntacts within companies. The scheduler is responsible for the collection of this information, which it presents in a synthetic way to GRDF for validation.

- constitution of the models of reporting, scripts, letters sent to customers for making appointments with validation of GRDF,
- constitution and put in playr of the data collection file:
Company data: Grouping, Name, addresses, contact of the manager, mail, Prevention Plan, SIRET, RIB, N VAT, Accreditation letter available, etc.
Technical data: name, first name, telephone, personal mail, registration for the training, date of birth, city of departure of the technician, RDA, materials, SI account, etc.

constitution of the total Lot of customers attributed to each company (on the basis of the information communicated by the Operational Pilot)

Piloting and monitoring of controls are performed outside the SI via Excel / CSV shuttle plugs or in the SI.
The selection of the control PCEs and the results of these controls are recorded in the SI.
- optimization of the lots according to geographical criteria, and taking into account the technical constraints (collective relaxation, relaxation at the level of a position, etc.),
- management of the making of appointments of adjustments and controls and optimization of control rotations: with the main objectives of filling theplanning of stakeholders and to limit their displacement,
- monitoring the progress of inventories, adjustments and controls:
- daily debrief with stakeholders regulation (OK validation and KO analysis),
- verifies completeness of the collection in the SI, the daily synchronization of the tablet in order to trace the information in the SI, and
- contact / debrief withthe technicians for whom these 2 points are not in conformity with the group and company Pilot (weekly program, case of KO, REX, the exhaustivity of the collection in the IS) as well as with the companies of control,
- weekly reporting to the GRDF operational pilot concerning:
--- the progress of inventories, adjustments, taking appointments, follow-up of OK and KO, suivi specific of unreachable / untraceable, cuts, anomalies and dangerous situations,
--- progress of controls, take appointments, returns to launch, a forecast on the settings and controls: planning, RDV taken and / or confirmed,
--- a progress on the settings of network components (collective relaxations, network stations, etc.).
Indicators relating to the activitye of the scheduling cell (incoming / outgoing calls / average duration of calls / peak hours).
This reporting will be based on the reporting requests available via a data extraction tool whose access will be given by GRDF.
- supply of the information system: monitoring PCE inventory phase / adjustment / scheduling, update of customer records ...
- control, control, relance and challenge providers,
- customer interface live or on request of GRDF,
- distribution: order conversion kits, monitoring delivery and control of the invoice
- etc.
