The Freie Universitaet Berlin intends to award a framework contract for the assumption of duties of an external data protection officer in accordance with the GDPR (Basic Data Protection Regulation) and the BlnDSG (Berlin Data Protection Act).

The Freie Universitaet Berlin intends to award a framework contract for the assumption of the duties of an external data protection officer in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Ordinance) and the BlnDSG (Berlin Data Protection Act).

The framework contract starts in advanceon 1.10.2019 and has a basic term of 24 months. At the end of the basic term, the framework contract will be extended indefinitely by 12 months. The contractor as well as the Freie Universitaet Berlin can announce the outline agreement 6 months before the end of the contract.
