Description of the assignment

The IGOM figures for hiring in 2017:

• Turnover ≥ scale 10: 16 800 000 EUR over 256 000 hours

• Turnover secondment up to scale 9, 2017: EUR 4 900 000 over 206 000 hours

• Turnover Payroll 2017: 9 300 00EUR 0 over 330, 000 hours

The value of the contract for this tender is therefore estimated at EUR 155, 000, 000 for the five (5) year period. This amount includes the wage bill of the temporary employees and the reimbursement of the surcharges by the contractor. This estimate is indicative and no rights can be derived from it. The participants of IGOM have no purchase obligationthe contracting authority will make every effort to ensure that all temporary hiring is covered by the framework agreement to be concluded. If this does not produce the intended results as described in this tender, the contracting authority reserves the right to also purchase services for temporary staff from other organizations during the term of the framework agreement.
