In the frame the tenderer will have to cover the following areas, in order of importance:

In the frame of his mission of assistance to the master of work, The tenderer will be required to cover the following areas in order of importance: - functional analysis. Realize, in collaboration with the MOA service and the business services, the functional analysis of the needs, the work procedures and the IT tools in relation with the chains of authorization, invoicing and liquidation, dthe purpose of writing the functional specifications that will be transmitted to the IT service provider (CISS Social Security Information Center).
