710 - Functional Administrator / Application Manager for BAG and WOZ Taxes

The municipality of Amstelveen carries the WOZ and Be under the name Tax collaboration Amstellandleasing tasks for the municipalities of Aalsmeer, Amstelveen, De Ronde Venen, Diemen, Ouder-Amstel and Uithoorn. The BAG administration is also being run for the Aalsmeer and Amstelveen municipalities. Amstelveen uses software from GouwIT for these tasks. The technical management has been outsourced to GouwIT. The functional and application management of this software is provided by the departmentInformation management of the municipality of Amstelveen. This department consists of the Advice teamsat two production environments of GouwBelastingen and two production environments of Gouw7 that are used by approximately 80 subject matter employees BAG, Taxes and WOZ. A variety of projects are currently under way in the fields as well as in the software. At this moment the functional and application management is done by 1 person. We are looking for a very experienced colleague who is our strengthcan double. Activities:

- Internal Helpdesk for faults and error messages. You explain, solve or ensure that the supplier does so. If necessary, you provide a work-around;

- If the specialists in the department do not know anymore, you offer expert support for user questions:

- Management and installation of authorizations;

- Writing search queries, making and adjusting reports;

-Release management (in particular testing and commissioning of new versions) - You actively think along with the optimization of the design and development of the software

- Reception of projects / backlogs that run within the municipality
