Finland has good prerequisites to meet the growing demand of health services. Business Finland's Visit Finland aims to increase the international awareness of Finland and Finnish companies as providers of quality care and increase the number of medical tourists entering Finland.

The scope of the services to be procured by Business Finland includes a number of digital marketing activities including search engine optimization / marketing and social media management. There is also an option for event management and press activities. All the services will be conducted in the target market Russian federation.

The tenderer shall attach to the tender the European single procurement document (ESPD) as specified in appendix 1 to this invitation to tender. Prior to signing the contract the elected service provider shall provide Business Finland with certificates that evidence the registrations and payments confirmed in the affirmation. The certificates may not be older than 2 months.
