Framework agreement concerning delivery of consultancy services to I / S REFA

This offer relates to the provision of consultancy services within the following 4 subdivisions:

Offering: - Maintenance and development of a website that meets needs for assistance for maintenance and further development of www.refa.dk and REFA's 0 other current and future hsite pages as well as ongoing service for breakdown and troubleshooting, including, for example, malfunction of self-service solutions. There are skills required for developing templates for DynamicWeb and developing tailored modules for DynamicWeb, drawing up customized graphic material for use on web as well as integration of MailChimp in DynamicWeb,

- General Advisory and Communication Assistance, herestrategic planning of management and organization, communication and offline communication, communication and platform selection, group segmentation, communication set up and crisis management,

guidance and project management in print production, graphic production and design that cover the need for assistance to project management and advice on choice of printingshape and paper quality, etc. Also includes guidelines for paper qualities and printing techniques, digital communication as well as platforms and digital tools as well as execution within a concept framework with competencies for further development and adapting design and creative angles to different template groups, understanding the scope of REFA's efforts.

Photo, graphics and video likecover the need for assistance for the production of photo and video material, including graphic layout, drawing of illustrations and animations as well as the refinement of photo and video material.

The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure, cf. section 61-66 of the Public Procurement Act, which means that Any economic operator may apply to participate in the tender but only to request as the contracting entity requests kAn offer is made.

It is noted that changes to the tender documents may be made after publication of this, including changes to the delivery description and specifications. Interested parties are therefore encouraged to keep themselves informed of the offer on the tender website. Applicants must attach a completed ESPD, where section IV.B is filled in with the following information. - Arsostatement in the last completed accounts,
