Professional experts must be able to act by agreement on behalf of the customer in their communication with the market and consumers when communicatingThe tenderer must submit the single European tender document (hereinafter ESPD) stating the following information: - the tenderer's solvency ratio in the most recent available financial year, - the tenderer's total annual turnover in the last 3 available financial statementsThe ESPD serves as a preliminary proof that the tenderer meets the minimum eligibility requirements in relation to economic and financial capacity.

Before the award decision, the bidder to whom the contracting entity intends to award the contract must provide evidence that the information in the ESPD is correct.

When the contracting entity requests it, the following documentation must be submitted for 0konominal and financial capacity:

1) Declaration of the company's equity and assets in the most recent available financial statements, depending on where the company was established, if the figures for equity and assets are available. For an association of companies (eg a consortium), the information must be provided for each of the participating companies in the association. The company is based onother entities' economic and financial form (eg, parent company or subcontractor), the information must also be provided for these entities; 2) declaration of total turnover of the entity in the last 3 available financial statements, depending on where the company was established or started their business if the figures for this turnover are available. By a groupg of companies (eg a consortium), the information must be provided for each of the participating companies in the association. If the company is based on the economic and financial form of other entities (eg a parent company or a subcontractor), the information must also be provided for these entities.

Based on the form of other entities (eg, a parent, s0sterselscab or subcontractor) irrespective of the legal nature of the relations between the company and those others, the company must document in the course of the offer the amount of resources necessary to fulfill the contract by submitting a statement of support or other evidence that the applicant or the tenderer actually lines the necessary economic and fi rmnancial form. It must be documented that the entity in question is legally obliged to the tenderer. Otherwise, the contracting entity will not weigh on the form of other entities. The contracting entity has prepared a statement of support that the tenderer may use.

Participation in the tender can only be done electronically via the contractor's electronic tender system (see the address in pointI.3). Here the tender is awarded under Current public offerings . To be able to access the tender documents, the bidder must be registered or register as a user.

The tenderer will be excluded from participation in the tendering procedure if the applicant is subject to the mandatory outreach section 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Actgrounds for closure, as well as the grounds for exclusion laid down in section 137 (1) of the Public Procurement Act. 1 unless the tenderer has provided sufficient evidence that it is palpable in accordance with section 138 of the Procurement Act.

Before the award decision, the tenderer to which the contracting entity intends to award the contract must provide documentation for the information provided in the ESPD in henhold to the Public Procurement Act - 151-152, cf. section 153.

In relation to item II.1.6), it is noted that the amount represents a forecast of the expected contractual amount for the full term of the contract, including the price of all options. The estimate is based on the historical consumption of specialist consultants over the last few years. In relation to point II.2.7), it is noted that the contractual amount stated is from the counterktunderskrivelse. In addition to the specified contract length, during the contract term, there will be a need for a flexible flexible phase in order to ensure undisturbed performance of regulatory work with energy related products in connection with any re-invitation.
