The scope of the assignment concerns: Hiring of (specialized) positions that can not be fulfilled within the existing (framework) contracts; hiring of functions concerning supportthe processes if the contracted suppliers are unable to deliver within the set term; hiring of ICT functions, with the exception of project management functions; Providing support for the retrieval of requests for all requests, with the exception of hiring assignments for the primary process Supply and managing an independent VMS program.

GVB is re-designing its processes regarding external hiring. The most important reason for this is to move away from its current market place to fully purchase external hiring and to cover risks associated with legislation concerning the hiring of flex workers, such as the Deregulation Assessment of Labor Relations Act (DBA), the Aliens Employment Act (WAV)., wet Allocation of Workers by intermediaries (WAADI), law approach to sham constructions (WAS) and Implementation Arrangement Loan, Chain and Client Liability (formerly: Law on Chain Liability). In addition, GVB wants to get grip and insight into hiring.
