Environment director with interest in APV and special legislation

Together with colleagues, you contribute to issues concerning APV and the Nature Conservation Act within physicsphysical environment. - advising citizens and businessesin their (construction) initiatives (including permit-free construction, zoning plans, permit procedures and other Wabo-related matters), - conducting pre-consultation with citizens and companies in advance of submitting environmental permit applications,

- directing Wabo-related applications for environmental permits, from intake to granting, - handling of objection and appeal procedures together with de jurist,

- incidental advising towards the college and drawing up advisory reports,

- dealing with applications for environmental permits,

- in coordination with the Front Office, providing information to residents and businesses about Wabo related matters and zoning information,

- together to give substance to the implementation of the Environment Act with the service colleagues.
