The Municipality of Bernheze is pre-eminently a residential community, with a lot of nature and agriculture. Our municipal organization consists of three (3) domains, namely Customer Contact Center, Living Environment and Internal Services. Under the Customer Contact Center domain, the Care, Public Center, Burger Affairs and VeIn order to strengthen the Team Burgerzaken within the domain Customer Contact Center we are looking for candidates for temporary filling in of the function Employee Civil (back office)
Objective assignment
The assignment concerns the temporary hiring of an Employee Civil Affairs for back office tasks (24 hours per week),
Results
It concerns the daily interpretation of het regular work in the back office at the Burgerzaken team immediately and for a period up to and including 31.12.2018. In case of calamities or in the context of the assignment there is an option of extension with 2 x 3 months.
As an employee in the back office at the Burgerzaken team, you ensure optimal use of the BRP (Basic Registration Persons). You support the colleagues in the frontoffice with the use of the applications. Despite the fact that it is mainly back office activities, there is also direct contact with customers.
A selection from the range of tasks:
You manage and maintain the applications and automated systems (BRP files).
You handle the message traffic.
You carry out (special) updates in the context of the maintenance of the BRP-and processes civil status documents and assess source documents
You provide information to citizens and are a sparring partner for your teammates
From your position you contribute to the developments and innovations within the Burgerzaken team and your field.
