AMOA Corporate Digital Transformation: Finance, Purchasing, Customer and HR

Strategy Program Accompanying March to cover project management needs for finance, purchasing, RH and RTE customer.

Main Site: Mainly in the premises of the holder in metropolitan France, punctuallyon the premises of RTE at La Defense (92).

This batch aims to prepare the implementation of the new ERP base by:

1) the redesign of the end-to-end processes finance, procurement and customers in simplifying and standardizing the target for integration with the new ERP base and the complementary market solutions while respecting 85% standard (design authority), in particular:

- acquire-to-withdrawe: capital account,

- record-to-report: general ledger,

- purchase-to-pay: from the purchase order to the supplier's payment,

- order-to-cash: miscellaneous sales accounting,

- meter-to-cash: from the counter to the collection of customers,

- management of personal expenses and company expenses,

- budget monitoring and performance management;

2) the evaluation of the integration ofThe following functionalities will be used in the standard of the future ERP base, in particular:

- treasury,

- supply chain management & industrial logistics,

- IS subsidiary integration.

The set of criteria specified below is eliminatory:

1) the candidate must comply with Directive 2014/24 / EU, in particular with regard to the following categories of exclusion grounds:

- criminal convictions,

- tax paymentsots and taxes or social security contributions,

- insolvency, conflicts of interest or professional misconduct;

2) the applicant must provide proof of registration with a trade register of the Member State in which it is established. less than 3 months, as described in Annex XI of Directive 2014/24 / EU;

3) where applicable, the applicant must specify a possible capital link withone or more EDF Group companies or Caisse des D-pots.

The set of criteria specified below is: 1) the candidate must prove an annual turnover over the last 3 years greater than:

- EUR 2 400 000 for lot 1,

EUR 1 830 000 for lot 2,

EUR 3 200 000 for lot 3,

EUR 1 750 000 for lot 4;

2) the applicant must provide a insurance certificateagainst current occupational risks specifying the amounts covered by type of damage

Participation in the consultation phase (RFP) is conditional on the acceptance and signing of a precontractual confidentiality agreement.
