Technical Support Consultancy Services of the General Secretariat for Digital Policy, for a (1) year.

The subject matter of the contract is the technical support of the General Secretariat for Digital Policy of YPPSTE, in the exercise of its responsibilities, to monitor the implementation of the National Digital Strategy 2016-2021 through the-Main site: Main place of performance of the service: Headquarters of the Contracting Authority and where otherwise provided by the proclamation. The subject of the project is the provision of technical, scientific and administrative support services to the General Secretariat for Digital Policy of the Ministry of Digital Politics, Telecommunications and Information, as part of an exerciseThe General Secretariat for Digital Policy has the mission to design and elaborate the National Digital Strategy (HSC) in order to implement and monitor the implementation of the National Digital Strategy 2016 - 2021 (EPP), With an emphasis on the digital single market and on ICT, including eGovernment, as well as:

1)implementation, evaluation and co-ordination of the Ministries, regarding the individual actions for the implementation of the Hellenic Ministry of Labor and Social Policy. 2) the supervision and evaluation of the implementation of the Hellenic Ministry of Environment, the formulation of relevant proposals in the the competent Ministries and bodies, and the international representation of the country, for matters falling within its competence. consists of:

A) Strategic Directorate S.(b) eGovernment, (c) Standards and (d) Evaluation, (B) The Public Sector Projects Division, which is composed of the departments : a) Central Infrastructure and Networks b) Horizontal Projects c) Sectoral and Specialized Projects d) Documentation, Support and Control and c)(a) Security of Information and Networks; (b) Security Control; and (c) Coordination and Domain Names.

The role and responsibilities of GGSP, and sections are described in detail in Law 4389/2016 (Chapter I), as well as in Presidential Decree 82/2017.

The feasibility of the proposed project is defined by the need to accelerate the actionsPriorities identified and described in the EWC as a means of achieving the Digital Transformation of the country and improving the relevant indicators of digital readiness, level of digital public service provision, etc. The project aims to meet the needs of the General Secretariat for Digital Policy on issues related to design, management, evaluation and monitoring of co-financingactions. In addition, it is intended to support the relevant departments in the management of individual priority actions of the EWC.

The expected results of the project include:

- speeding up the implementation and increasing the efficiency of the EWS. and the individual actions and projects that serve it; - timely identification and resolution of the main management, institutional andtechnical problems that will arise in the design, evaluation and implementation of the EWS projects; - ensuring systematic information on developments in the digital single market and in ICT, including of eGovernment in Greece and Europe, - the creation of tools and procedures for the monitoring and management of EWS,

--Acceleration of the decision-making process by the General Secretariat for Digital Policy.

In this direction, the requested services are grouped into the following categories:

Α) Support of the General Secretariat for the Development of the Hellenic Police Force, for the implementation of the priority actions of the Hellenic Police Force. S.

It concerns the support of the officers of the DGs responsible for planning, maturation, execution, monitoring, evaluation and-redefinition of actions, which contribute to the promotion of EWS. and to the achievement of its objectives.

These actions concern:

assessment of the progress of implementation of EWC, verification and verification of its consistency and coherence, evaluation of the impact of its results and identification of any actions, improvement of actions and accelerating goals,

- setting and implementing model dGovernance of actions and functions in the public sector, at institutional, organizational and technological level (regulations, coordination, monitoring, briefing, reports, etc.)
