The purpose of this Public Market is to appoint an officeexternal expertise with a view to:
Main Site: Brussels.
The object of this public procurement contract is the appointment of an external expert office to:
1) develop and implement a modernized classification of functions; to provide guarantees of transparency, fairness, simplicity and durability, and to ensure the assimilation of this matter by theTraining (Phase 1)
2) Propose and develop a new compensation model which is linked to this classification of functions (Phase 2) and which:
a) is part of a modern and optimal remuneration policy and responds to employee expectations and the needs of a renewed organizational structure. It allows to work in a more flexible and tailor-made way; b) contributesthe achievement of a generally sound financial equilibrium. This implies a structural approach to the problem of increased spending and declining revenues as well as a reform of the automatic growth mechanism through annals in the current baremical structure.
