79 Scottish Investment Bank Corporate Governance Workshops and Exit Readiness Masterclasses Framework

SE is seeking to establish a Corporate Governance Workshops and Exit Readiness Masterclasses Framework. There will be 2 separate Lots within the Framework:

Main Site : Across Scotland including Highlands and Islands Enterprise.

SIB is seeking to run a series of Corporate Governance Workshops for selected start-up and early stage SME's to provide key personnel (management and directors) with training and oversight of good Corporate Governance and Board Reporting practices, as well as an early introduction to planning and preparing for a future exit i.e. to make exit planning an ongoing focus for the board.

4B.5.1 Please confirm whether you already have or can commit to obtain, prior to the commencement of the contract, appropriate levels of insurance for this contract. Bidders that do not already have, or cannot commit to obtain insurances may be excluded from further participation in this procurement exercise. Employer's (Compulsory) Liability Insurance — 5 000 000 GBP. Professional Indemnity Insurance — Bidders should state the value that they consider to be appropriate for the contract.
