The purpose of this contract is to carry out an operating service for poles. multimodal exchanges of Trets and Pertuis (2 lots).

The purpose of this contract is the execution of an exploitation service for the multi exchange pole.Modal of Trets. This is a composite market, partly composed of an ordinary market executed at a global and fixed price and partly of a framework agreement executed with purchase orders.

For each member of the eventual grouping:

- a letter of application (on free paper or CD1 sent in annex) including the identification of the candidate, the object of the market (and the number of the lot, the case echeant). For a bid in a grouping, the candidates will indicate, by all means at their convenience, the form of their grouping, the identification of the members of the grouping, as well as the appointment of the representative,

- a declaration on the honor (on paper free or DC1 transmitted in annex), to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 and following and L. 2141-7 et seq. Of the Public Order Code and in particular that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers.

For each of the members of the grouping:

- statement concerning the overall turnover and the turnover of the field of activity, covering the last 3 years available edepending on the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the economic operator`s activity, to the extent that information on these sales figures is available (on free paper or DC2).

This consultation is launched in accordance with the open tender procedure (Articles R. 2124-1 et seq. of the Public Order Code).

The applications will be examined in the light ofs elements requested in III.1.2) to III.1.3) of this notice. the technical value will be assessed in the light of the technical brief in view of:

- sub-criterion 1 (60%): relevance and adequacy of the chosen human organization (organization chart, deployment of the number of full-time equivalents or weighting) to ensure the smooth execution of the service on all the missions in quantitative terms and qualitative,

- sub-criterion 2 (40%): relevance of the means implemented by the candidate to intervene and secure the perimeter in the event of an incident. This sub-criterion will be evaluated with regard to the proposed intervention time and the methodology proposed to secure the site and prevent incidents (degradation, theft, fire, etc.).
