Construction of a set of structures according to the local district plan (PLQ) n 29769 in the commune of Lancy. The buildings to realize are the one and the one of the PLQ with housing HLM and HBM LUP, for the Foundation real estate of Lancy, and a part of building with housing in PPE, for the Forum of sales and promotions real estateS SA, as well as an underground car park and common external facilities. The master of the works wishes to award the entire market to a total company capable of planning and realizing the project in its globality.
