Sauherad Primary and Comprehensive School — Turnkey Contract

Sauherad municipality shall construct a new primary and comprehensive school and a school for culture and arts at Gvarv.

Main Site : Tinghaugvegen 1, 3810 Gvarv.

The procurement is implemented in accordance with the Public Procurement Act dated 17.6.2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) 2016-08-12-974, Section I and Section III. A contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations §13-1 (1).

Negotiations are not allowed in this contest. Tenders cannot, therefore, be changed after the tender deadline has expired. Furthermore, attention is drawn to the fact that tenders that include significant deviations from the procurement documents shall be rejected in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §24-8(2) a.
