realization of a Health Center at the Nieuwe Haven Defense Complex (object code 14B03) in Den Helder. This project is part ofpart of a larger program, namely the housing of health and dental centers throughout the Netherlands.

Follow-up orders

This order includes follow-up orders as referred to in Article 6.1.8. of the ARW 2012 and Procurement Act 2012 article 2.36 possible. This paragraph fulfills the set principles for applying a negotiated procedure without notice for similar assignments.

The following assignments, also part of the housing program for health and dental centers, may possibly serve as a follow-up assignment for the present request. This onefollow-up assignments are considered comparable by the Central Government Real Estate Agency and correspond to the characteristics stated in section 2.1 of this guidance phase:

• P-1004508 Health Center Defense Johan Willem Frisokazerne in Assen, expected to be approximately 1 462 m2 fno, through Design & Build; P-1004511 Health Center Defense Complex Groot Heidekamp in Schaarsbergen, toexpect approximately 844m2 fno, through Design & Build.

The follow-up orders can be awarded to the same entrepreneur for a period of 3 years following the granting of the original order through the negotiated procedure without notice. The registration or registration fee in respect of the original assignment will in that case serve as the starting point for the assessmentof the registration in the context of the negotiation procedure
