Construction and installation works for the construction of "Public, communal service KPM North -Administrative building, including service maintenance contract within the warranty period of complete and / or partially constructed systems and installations Apart from the construction of the "Public, Business and Communal Services KPS Sever - Administrative Building", the subject of the contract includes, before or in connection with the realization of the site, the following additional works on the site, as well as the construction of facilities with estimated non-binding quantities, namely: clearance of the site - removal of individual existing trees and small bushes - area of the property 5 828, 00 sq. m; removal of humus - 1, 800.00 cubic meters; displacement of water and sewerage networks passing through the property and falling into the building's stain - 58, 00 m existing concrete channel Ф800 and 52, 00 m existingwater main F100; making a mass excavation - 4, 100.00 cubic meters; construction of monolithic reinforced concrete single foundations, strip foundations and reinforced concrete structure: exposed concrete - 40, 00 cubic meters; formwork - 3 199, 00 sq. m; reinforcement - 72 140 kg; concrete - 730.00 cubic meters; waterproofing - 2 700, 00 square meters and others; making all kinds of finishing, including, but not limited to:facades, partitions, suspended ceilings, doors, joinery, laying of waterproofing, thermal insulations and others with estimated non-binding quantities, namely: roof heat, waterproofing, light concrete for slope - 940, 00 sq. m; facade heat insulation system - 730.00 square meters; partition walls, masonry 12 cm - 240, 00 sq. m; partition walls, plasterboard - 400, 00 square meters; aluminum showcases withbuilt-in doors - 75 square meters; granite flooring - 350 square meters; pavement linoleum - 600, 00 square meters; pavement sanded concrete (warehouse) - 195, 00 square meters; steel interior and fire doors - 27; sanitary cabinets - 7 pcs. etc. All quantities mentioned above are predictive and non-binding. The applicant must be enrolled in the Central Professional Register of Builders (T.PRS) of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber and for non-residents - in analogous registers according to the legislation of the Member State where they are established, minimum for Group I constructions, third category of the PIRPPPRS (Rules for Entry and Guidance of the Central Professional Register of Builders) or an analogous group and category of construction according to the legislation of the statethe Member State in which it is established. Documents proving compliance with the selection criteria: - - Part IV, Section A "Eligibility" by EEDOP, shall be filled in on the application, - under the conditions of Article 67, paragraph 5 and Article 112, 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act a certified copy of a valid certificate from the Chamber of Builders of BULGARIA for entering in the Central Professional Register of the Constructor Minan asset for Group I constructions, a third category, unless it is accessible in direct and free access to a national database or similar document for a similar group and category under the law of the Member State in which the applicant is established. The foreign person should submit a document proving that he has the right to perform the assigned activity in the Republic of BulgariaRU, including that it has made the appropriate registration, as appropriate. The applicant must have a valid professional liability insurance in accordance with Article 171 of the Spatial Development Act with a sum of insurance not less than that specified in the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for compulsory insurance in the design and construction for " relevant categoriesconstruction works (Decree of the Council of Ministers No 38 / 24.2.2004, published in the State Gazette, issue 17 of 2.3.2004). Documents demonstrating compliance with the selection criteria:

- when submitting the application, Part IV, Section B, "Economic and Financial Situation" by EEDOP, shall be completed,

under the terms of Article 67, paragraph 5 and Article 112, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act shall be presented a certified copy of a valid insurance policy or an equivalent document for the hearingif they are not accessible through direct and free access to the relevant national database

The maximum eligible financial resource for concluding a contract for the construction of "Public, business and communal servicing of KPS North - administrative building", including a contract for service technical maintenance within the warranty period of the whole and / or partial built systems and installations is worth BGN 2 295 528.00 excluding VATthe tenderer whose tender (final bid after negotiations) exceeds the maximum eligible financial resource of the contracting authority will be removed from participation in the procedure pursuant to Art. The Contracting Authority shall withdraw from participation in a procedure for the award of a public contract an applicant for whom the grounds for removal referred to in Article 54 (1) of thePPL, Art. 55, para. 1, items 1, 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 107, items 1-4 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons related to them and their actual owners, and in all other cases of non-compliance with the requirements of the Public Procurement Act and the RSPC, the announcement and the documentation for participation in the award procedure• An applicant for whom the grounds for removal are present shall have the right to provide evidence that he has taken measures to ensure his / her reliability, despite the appropriate justification for removal under Art. 56 of the PPL
