The Etender consists of retrofitting an old stone building for installation of a 3 cow tandem milking parlour with an adjacent yogurt processing area, new fit out and extension to an existing farm shed, adding new ancillary rooms and facilities, new slatted tank, new livestock handling area, laying new foul and storm drainage, new concrete yard and construction of a 12 car park in a green field. The Etender is to be broken down and priced in 5 parts as per Drawing No. 200 (Proposed Master Plan).
