Building cleaning services (maintenance, ground and glass cleaning services) for various properties of the Covenantvelvet for central services and open property questions (BADV), the Federal Office of Administration (BVA) and the Main Customs Office (HZA) Frankfurt (Oder) in Cottbus and Frankfurt (Oder).

Unterhalts- und Basic cleaning services for properties of the Federal Office for Central Services and Open Property (BADV) and the Main Customs Office Frankfurt (Oder) in Cottbus. The scope of cleaning is as follows or results from the specifications / list of services, measurement and the price sheets.

The tenderer has to prove his professional qualifications and Leithe ability to submit subsequent statements and any evidence. It is expressly pointed out that the self-explanations and evidence listed below are so-called minimum criteria. For their proof, the form "Bidder`s information with self-explanatory notes" attached as Annex II must be used and submitted with the tendermay alternatively use the Single European Self-Statement (EEE) in accordance with - 50 (1) VgV. The awarding authority requests the documents not submitted to the EEE pursuant to Art. - 50 Abs. 2 VgV after.

If a company is excluded in accordance with - 42 Abs. 1 VgV i. V. m. -- 123, 124 GWB before, it is not excluded from the procedure, provided that it proves that there are sufficient measures ofSelf-cleaning in accordance with - 125 GWB.

In the case of foreign bidders, equivalent certificates from the country of origin suffice. If such certificates are not issued in the country concerned, they can be replaced by insurance on oath instead. In states where there is no insurance on oath, this can be replaced by a formal declaration, Evidence of eligibility and non-existence of any grounds for exclusion may be provided in whole or in part by participation in pre-qualification systems.

The tenderer must indicate (in the form of the tender documents, tender information sheets or by EEE):

- self-declaration according to - 124 section 2 GWB for violations of other laws; Infringements of the Posted Workers Act (AEntG) and the Minimum Wage Act (MiLoG)

- Self-declaration for reasons for non-exclusion and for self-cleaning measures pursuant to - 125 (2) GWB

4) EigenerklaThe employer`s liability insurance must have at least the following sums insured per claim: personal injury EUR 2 million, property damage EUR 2 million, property damage EUR 500 000 and damage to keys 250 000 EUR (only for Los 1). If the public liability insurance currently does not meet the aforementioned coverage or if no public liability insurance has yet been taken out, the tenderer is obliged to increase the cover sums accordingly or to conclude a public liability insurance with the stated sums insured in the case of the award.

5) Self-declaration (in advance)printing of the tender documents, or by EEE) to the total turnover of the enterprise and to the turnover with regard to the tendered services, in each case for the last 3 business years.

The bidder has to indicate for lot 1 maintenance cleaning in the price sheet per room group the indicative capacity in sqm / h / cleaning power, The following maximum values are not allowed hereexceeded (exclusion leads to the exclusion):

room groups:

- room group A: 230 sqm / h / cleaning power,

- room group B: 230 sqm / h / cleaning power,

- room group C: 250 sqm / h / cleaning power,

- Room group D: 90 sqm / h / cleaning power,

- room group E: 300 sqm / h / cleaning power,

- room group F: 180 sqm / h / cleaning power,

- room group G: 180 sqm / h / cleaning power,

- room group H : 200 sqm / h / cleaning Space Group I: 200 sqm / h / cleaning power,

- Room Group J: 180 sqm / h / cleaning power.

For glazing and basic cleaning no directing performance is specified.

For the offer, the price sheet included in the tender documents is closed use. Missing or inaccurate price information or changes and additions in the price sheet basically lead to the exclusion of the offer. VoThe provisions of the Minimum Wage and Posted Workers Act and specifications for universally agreed collective agreements must be taken into account when calculating the offer. If this is not the case, the offer is excluded from the evaluation.

If the bidder uses capacities of other companies (subcontractors, suitability lending), he is obliged to do soIn the same way, the contact persons of the reference providers are to be informed in advance by the tenderer.

Only complete and timely submitted tenders will be included in the evaluation, Completion or correction of documents, EigeNotifications, statements, certificates and proofs are based on - 56 VgV. Here, the client sets a reasonable period of at least three working days and exercises its discretion in compliance with the principle of equal treatment. Bidders do not have a claim for additional claim.

Offers which fulfill one of the exclusion criteria of - 57 (1) VgV will not be acceptedet.

The client examines the appropriateness of the offers acc. - 60 VgV and requires the bidder to clarify if the price or the cost of an offer in relation to the performance are unusually low. The bidder must provide in the price sheets required information on the possibly collectively binding and on the basis of the offer calculation, which are used for an initial examinationbecome. If there is a need for further clarification, the client shall request the tenderer to set out a detailed time limit of at least three working days to explain in detail the excellency of the offer. If the tenderer does not clear out the doubts about the appropriateness or does not clear it within the prescribed period, his bid may be excluded.

The tender documents may be issued free of charge, uninvitedpaid, completely and directly via the e-allocation platform of the federation (www.evergabe-online.de) to be downloaded. Questions about the tender documents are to be submitted exclusively via the e-allocation platform, quoting the reference number VOEK 023-19.
