Le presThis contract concerns the cleaning of the premises of the following buildings:

- communal administration of Jette (Chaussee de Wemmel 100, 1090 Jette):

- all the buildings and,

- the (Chauss-e de Wemmel, 102, 1090 Jette ), - Jette municipal administration (Rue Leon Theodor 108, 1090 Jette):

- Main building, including the small back yard () and premises of the CPAS located at least 1, to the excludedthe following premises:

a) The premises of the Red Cross;

b) The premises of the Family Planning;

c) The premises of Actiris;

d) The premises of the School of homework;

e) The premises of the Local Agency for Employment (ALE),

- Van Asbroeck School (Rue Hubert Van Eepoel 1, 1090 Jette):

- all buildings,

- crib Boule and Bill (rue Stanislas Legrelle 1, 1090 Jette).

This march includes the provision ofby the successful tenderer of all supplies necessary for the proper performance of the contract, excluding the following sanitary consumables: toilet paper, hand paper and soap, which consumables will be supplied and placed by the contracting authority. amply described in the section on the description of the technical requirements.on the 20th of the law of 17.6.2016 on public markets, the present contract is considered as a service contract. - the DUME, by which the economic operator declares that he is not in one of the situations of exclusion referred to in articles 67 to 69 of the law of 17.6.2016.
