Cleaning of the building facilities housing the Municipality of Peristeri, and in particular, the new Town Hall, Xynthia, KYBE, 3rd KEP, KEFI buildings, all floors outside and youas well as the perimeter of the buildings and the building that is located at Tsalabouta and Krystalli Street in Peristeri (ground floor and basement), for the years 2020 - 2021.

Main Site: New Town Hall of Peristeri, Xylotechnia, KYVE ., 3 KEP, KEFI buildings, building on Tsawlaoutas and Krystallis street,

Cleaning of the building facilities housing the Municipality of Peristeri andin particular, the new Town Hall, the Xynthisias, the KYVB, the 3rd KEP, the buildings of the KEFI, all the external and internal floors, as well as the perimeter of the buildings and the of a building located on Tsavlaouta and Krystalli Street in Peristeri (ground floor and basement) for the years 2020-2021.

The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract mustactivities that are relevant to the subject matter of the present.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be enrolled in one of the professional registers kept in the State of Establishment or satisfy themany other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A of Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded in the SDS or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union onof public procurement contracts, are required to be registered in corresponding professional registers.

The relevant supporting documents are submitted after the invitation to submit supporting documents from the temporary contractor.

For the economic and financial standing of the economic operator, a declaration is required through the EEE (A) of the total turnover and (b) where appropriateof the turnover in the sector of activity covered by the contract for the last 3 financial years, on the basis of the date of the establishment of the economic operator or of the start of its activities, which for each of the two cases a ' and b 'may not be less than the estimated value of the contract excluding VAT, per year.supporting documents shall be submitted after the submission of supporting documents to the provisional contractor
