The purpose of this tender is:

The purpose of this tender is:

- to ensure cleaning and maintenance regular surfaces,

- to proceed to the regular cleaning of windows,

- to provide some additional services such as computer cleaning and snow removal hivernal, in the 3 buildings occupied by the CSSF.

- authorization of establishment issued by the Luxembourg Ministry of the middle classes or equivalent in the Member State where the tenderer, or his subcontractor, if any, is established,

- extract of the criminal record or, failing that, an equivalent document, giving information on the probity of the person who signed the present file of subjectissued by a judicial or administrative authority of the country of origin or of origin, not older than 1 year,

- description of the policy and commitment CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility),

- if present : proof of certificates, special approvals, labels, etc.

Bidders will be selected for the bid if they demonstrate that they have an economic capacityand sufficient financial and technical and economic capacity.
