Promotion of a contractor providing cleaning services, buildings of the Athens University of Economics and Business and their environment, for 2 years, of the buildings of the Athens University of Economics and Business and their environment, for 2 years, for a period of 2 years, with the possibility of extension for 1 year.

The duration of the contract is set at 36 months. value of the contract, amounts to one million million hundred thousand (€ 1, 100, 000.00), including VAT, for a(2) years from the signing of the contract, with the right of the Contracting Authority to unilaterally extend, up to 1 year after the expiration of the initial contract, an amount of five hundred and fifty thousand euros (550 000.00 EUR), including Φ . The Contracting Authority retains the possibility of assigning new services (Article 32, paragraph 6 of Law 4412/2016) to all buildings.The Authority reserves the right to propose the award of the contract for a total or a small quantity up to 50%.
