Building maintenance cleaning

Reference Number: 1190

Building maintenance cleaning including hourly cleaning in the properties of the Staedtische Buehnen Frankfurt am Main GmbH, Untermainanlage 11, consisting of the premises of the Frankfurt Opera, the Schauspiel Frankfurt and the central theaters. It is a year-round Spielboperation (including Sundays and public holidays), whose play areas, foyers, production areas, storage rooms and rehearsal stages are located partly at different locations in Frankfurt am Main. Main site: Untermainanlage 11

The maintenance cleaning in the o. g. The premises include a floor area of approx. 27, 500 sqm to be cleaned. These are distributed as follows:

main building Untermainanlage-11: approx. 20 500 square meters

Lagerraeume Franziusstrasse: approx. 4 000 square meters

Probebuehne Schielestrasse: approx. 1 900 square meters

Probebuehne Roedelheimer Landstrasse: approx. 1 100 square meters

As well as stage cleaning on an hourly basis: approx. 5 376 hours,

cleaning Bockenheimer depot on an hourly basis: approx. 1 920 hours per year

during the summer holidays there will be no regular maintenance cleaning for one month in the summer;n need cleaning instead. During this time, the order is made by appointment and billing on an hourly basis. More detailed information can be found in the specification of benefits.

Required aptitude certificates (in accordance with -- 122 ff. GWB, -- 42 ff. VgV), which are in the form of recognized pre-qualification certificates (inter alia HPQR), are admitted and recognized if the certificates of qualification in Forand the contents are in accordance with the required aptitude certificates.

- Presentation of the company with full name of the company and address, legal form of the company, affiliated companies, number of employees and turnover over the past 3 years.

The candidate must submit a personal statement : - - About his assets not the Insovenzverfahren or-a comparable statutory procedure has been opened or the initiation has been requested, or the application has been rejected for lack of assets or insolvency proceedings have been validly confirmed, - his company is not in liquidation, - he has not committed serious misconducts, his / her reliability as an applicant he questions his legal obligationsPayments of the taxes levied by the tax office and the payment of contributions to the statutory social security scheme. - he is aware that he may be excluded from participation in the competition if he has deliberately made inaccurate declarations as to his suitability,

- the advancefor exclusion from competition pursuant to - 21 para. 1, p. 1.2 SchwarzArbG. If subcontractors are employed, they must also make such a statement;

proof of liability insurance with the following minimum insured sum: personal injury and property damage lump sum of € 2.5 million, loss of keys damages € 200, 000 and administrative damage € 100, 000Individual proofs and declarations must be submitted without delay at the request of the principal. Approved proof of aptitude (pursuant to -- 122 et seq. GWB, -- 42 et seq. VgV), which are available in the form of recognized pre-qualification certificates (eg HPQR), shall be permitted and recognized, if the proof of qualification in form and content correspond to the required proof of eligibilityggeber offers the possibility of a visit of the cleaning objects within the offer period.
