Services connected to the waste weighing acceptance service, loading and unloading registers, supervision and access control and concierge at the plants owned or managed by Herambiente SpA, to be carried out at the systems of the following as better specified:

- plant sector s. state Romea km 2, 6 Ravenna,

- Baiona TAS F3 Ravenna plant,

- Voltana di Lugo, via Traversagno 30 (RA),

- Lugo, via Tomba (RA),

- Mordano, via Selice 12 / A (BO).

b) declaration relative to the absence of the causes of exclusion as per art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and ss.mm.ii., as punctually indicated in the aforesaid annexes (attachment B and eventually annex C), including the declarations regarding the aforementioned art. 80 by any terminated subjects (alleg) D);

c) declaration indicating the fulfillment of the safety obligations envisaged by the current legislation within the represented economic operator; d) statement indicating the indication of the competent administrations / bodies at the which the contracting authority will be able to carry out the official verifications on the possession of the requisites as per art. 80 of the-Legislative Decree n. 50/2016 and ss.mm.ii. complete with all the contact details (fax, telephone, PEC) necessary for the forwarding of the relative requests;

j) copy of suitable bank reference, date not earlier than 2 (two) months from the date of this announcement, of at least 1 (one) bank, authorized pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 353/90 and ss.mm.ii., certifying the economic and financial capacity of the competing economic operator.

In the case of the RTI / ordinary consortium, it is required that both the economic operator appointed as the parent-agent and each mandating economic operator provide suitable bank reference, at least a credit institution each, certifying the economic and financial capacity of the operatoreconomic itself.

In the case of participation of consortia pursuant to art. 45, paragraph 2, letter b) and c) of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and ss.mm.ii., it is sufficient that only the consortium provides a suitable bank reference of at least 1 credit institution certifying the economic and financial capacity of the consortium itself;

k) declaration certifying the specific turnover for services similar to those object of gara, carried out in the last 3 financial years available, showing a total specific turnover in the three-year period (2015-2016-2017) equal to at least:

- lot 3: 900 000, 00 EUR VAT not included,

- lot 4: 800 000, 00 EUR VAT not included,

- lot 5: 300 000, 00 EUR VAT not included,
