Open procedure, pursuant to art. 36, paragraph 9, and pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the assignment of a UHD NAS storage supply

Supply of a specialized NAS Storage for the audio / video production chain in UHD format, according to the following detail: supply of n. 1 UHD Storage NAS; installation of the materialswings supplied at the Naples CP, with activation / configuration and testing assistance; training service in 2 8-hour sessions at the CP in Rome and Naples; warranty service, assistance and maintenance for 60 months, all according to the relevant detail reported in the technical specifications. It should be noted that the goods offered must appear in the on-line catalog of the manufacturer fromat least 30 days prior to 17.6.2018, and in any case belong to the serial production of the same manufacturer.

Determination of contracting no. A / D / 5938 / P of 10.9.2018. Pursuant to and for the purposes of article 31 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the person in charge of the proceedings is Olga Ferraioli. The entire procedure is carried out in electronic mode pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 sul RAI purchasing portal https://www.portaleacquisti.rai.it (hereafter). On the Portal, in the area dedicated to this procedure, the official tender documentation is available. Information and clarifications can be requested no later than 10.10.2018 at 24.00, using the on-line RdO Messages area. The answers to the clarifications will be published on the Portal. They are admitted to pato participate in this tender procedure, in compliance with the conditions set forth in the tender documentation, all the economic operators referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 for which there are no:

i) the grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016;

ii) the conditions set forth in art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001;

iii) further bans to contract with thePA, all as specified in the tender documents.

The use of subcontracting is allowed under the conditions and within the limits set by art. 105 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

The procedure can not be divided into lots, since it involves the acquisition of a single system. Reference is made to the Disciplinary of tender and documents attached or referred to therein for everything concerning this procedure
