The tenderer shall justify for the execution of this contract a capacity financing with a turnover:

For lot 1, the tenderer must have achieved in the last 3 accounting years an average annual turnover in the delivery of breads and derivatives as described in the present special specification of at least EUR 100 000;

For lot 2, the tenderer must have carried out during the last 3 financial years comThe average annual turnover for the delivery of bakeries as described in this special specification is at least EUR 18 000.

These requirements are cumulative. In other words, if he submits an offer for both lots, the tenderer must have achieved an annual turnover of at least the sum of the annual turnover required per lot forit is bidding.
