Partial offers are not allowed.
Right of appeal: Within 10 days of the publication in the Canton Basel-Stadt Canton, this application may be submitted in writing to the Administrative Court of Basel-Stadt, Baeumleingasse 1, 4051 Basel. The recursive letter must contain an application and its reason. The contested decision must be enclosed. The called evidence must be specified and so onpossible to settle it.
Final date / Remarks: All offers must be completed in a sealed envelope with the inscription "Offer: Wall charts for the primary and secondary schools of the canton of Basel-Stadt" and must be submitted at the latest by the specified deadline (date / time) the Cantonal Office of Public ProcurementIncoming offers are excluded from the procedure. All documents must be submitted in paper form and once on a USB stick. The offers can be sent by post to the cantonal office (date of postmark not decisive) or weekdays from 8.00-12.15 and 13.15-17.00 clock (Fridays to 16.00 clock) in the customer center of the building and traffic department in the ground floorss be submitted. If you send your offer by post, we recommend, for reasons of traceability, to do so. In the past, offers, in spite of an on-time express task, arrived too late and had to be excluded as a result. The postmark is not authoritative. Offerers are entitled to the opening of the offers directly to Ablauf the deadline for submission in the meeting room 13 on the ground floor.
