The estimated gross value, net of VAT, of the largest subsequent contract is: RON 4 700 000.

1) Non-compliance with the provisions of art. 164, 165 and 167. The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: The DUAE will be completed by the economic operators partparticipants in the award procedure with information related to their situation. The way of fulfillment will be completed with: "the supporting documents demonstrating the assumed by the DUAE will be presented only at the request of the contracting authority and only by the bidders ranked first in the intermediate rankings completed at the evaluation of the bids";decision of the contracting authority regarding the organization, performance and finalization of the award procedure: Daniel Sipoteanu, Adrian Covaci, Radu Ciornodolea, Corina Gheorghe, Ion Crivatu, Alexandru Muntean. The declaration will be submitted with the DUAE by all participants in the award procedure (bidder, associate, subcontractor and third party); 3) Fiscal attestation certificatethe legal tender for the payment obligations to the consolidated state budget in original or a certified copy on its own responsibility for compliance with the original. Minimum requirement: Establishing certificates for missing debts in respect of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state budget at the momentcountry. The economic operator will fill out the appropriate requirement in the DUAE form in the award documentation. These certificates of attestation must be submitted in the original only by the tenderer ranked first after application of the award criterion, until the conclusion of the award procedure report, according to art. 196 par. (2) of the Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. Operatornon-resident economic persons have the right to present any editorial documents issued by the authorities of the country where they are residents proving the fulfillment of the due taxes due to the state budget and the local budget in accordance with the legislation of the country of the residency; 4) the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the bodymanagement, or supervision of the economic operator or those having the power of representation, decision or control within it, as evidenced by the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / Act of incorporation; of their authorized translation into Romanian.

The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of theassumed by the completion of the DUAE, are to be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the tenderer placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders.

The economic operators submitting the tender must prove a registration form according to the law of the country of residency, to show that the economic operator is legally constituted, as not-is in any of the situations of cancellation of the establishment and the fact that it has the professional capacity to perform the activities that are the object of the contract. Way of fulfillment: Filling in DUAE, supporting document, or ONRC certificate (or for foreign tenderers, equivalent document issued in the country of residence), to be submitted only at the request of the authorityThe evaluation committee will declare the winning bid to the bidder who will obtain the highest score, after adding the points obtained on each valuation factor.

If the bidderare ranked first, have equal scores, the contracting authority will ask tenderers who have offered equal scores a new financial proposal in a closed envelope, in which case the framework agreement will be awarded to the tenderer whose new financial proposal has the lowest price.
