In accordance with the art.1, co. 65 and 67, Law 266/2005, the competitors must pay in favor of ANAC a contribution of EUR 35.00 for participation in lots 1 and 3 and EUR 70.00 for participation in lot 2.
With reference to exclusion causes and the institute of preliminary investigation, the art. 83, co. 9, Legislative Decree 50/2016; for the methods of application of the same, please refer to the Garto.
The evaluation of the anomaly of the offers will take place in accordance with the law. The Administration will use the AVCpass system in compliance with current legislation and will proceed with the awarding even in the presence of only one valid offer deemed appropriate and convenient. The contract will not contain arbitration clauses for the resolution of any disputes concerning application, integration, executionstermination or termination of the contract. The contracting station reserves the right to apply the provisions of art. 110 Legislative Decree 50/2016. The competitor must indicate, at the time of the offer, the PEC address to which the Administration may send communications concerning the tender. By virtue of articles 37 and 216, co. 11, Legislative Decree 50/2016, as well as the Legislative Decree 30.12.2016 n. 244. For the valuation refer to queven better specified in the Tender Regulations and the provisions of art. 89 Legislative Decree 50/2016.
