The contract concerns the management of services complementary to the professional social service.

Information and formalities necessary for assessing compliance with the requirements: the subjects set forth in Articles 45 and 46, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i. as amended by Legislative Decree 18.4.2019 n. 32 converted with amendments by Law 14.6.2019 n. 55 as detailed in the Tender Regulations. The economic operators for whom there are are excludedgrounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i. as amended by Legislative Decree 18.4.2019 n. 32 converted with amendments by Law 14.6.2019 n. 55.

a) total business turnover in the last three years exceeding EUR 1 000 000.00 per year excluding VAT,

b) similar services performed in the last three years with minimum turnover per year of EUR 500 000.00, VAT excluded (support servicesto the territorial professional social services through the provision of interventions of a multidisciplinary social, psychological and educational nature.

The administration reserves the right not to proceed with the awarding if no offer is convenient or suitable in relation to the object of the contract or, for other reasons at its sole discretion. The administration will proceed with the adjudicationhearing in the presence of even a single valid offer, as long as it is deemed convenient or suitable in relation to the subject of the contract.
