The subject of the contract is the delivery of new non-refurbished specialized hospital beds needed for comprehensive healthcare provision in the relevant departments. Delivery includes 8 special intensive care beds type 3 for critical care with accessories, 2 special beds forintensive care type 2 for critical care with lateral tilt and accessory, 3 pieces of transport X-ray transparent beds and 1 special intensive care bed type 1 for critical care with integrated weights, lateral tilt and accessories. The subject of the contract is the delivery of the listed equipment including the guarantee for 24 months, transport to the place of deliveryand, installation and installation at the place of delivery, execution of a trial / trial operation and commissioning of equipment, first operator training.

1. All charges must be included in the pricewith the implementation of the subject matter of the contract, including all related services and fees, including communications for communication in accordance with the specification of the subject matter of the contract. The contracting authority allows to fill in section 4 - global data. 5 Bidding isallowed only by authenticated applicants. Authentication can be accomplished through the following methods:

- in the Josephine system by registering and logging in using an ID card with an electronic chip and a security personality code (eID). The system is authenticated by a company that registers the statute of the company using the eID. Authentication is done by the system provider Josephine, in the rightBusiness days at 8.00-16.00 hrs,

- uploading a qualified electronic signature (for example, signing the eID) of the statutory person of the company to the user's card after registration and logging into the Josephine system. Authentication will be performed by the system provider Josephine on weekdays from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, - by placing a power of attorney on the user card after registration, which is signed electronicallyby a statutory depreciation or an authorized person, or has undergone a guaranteed conversion. Authentication will be performed by the system provider Josephine, in the working day at 8.00-16.00 hrs,

- by waiting for the authentication code, which will be sent to the address of the firm's address in the hand of the statutory applicant in the form of registered mail. The time limit for this termination is usually 3 business days and is required with this deadline afterread when bidding.

8. The aim of dividing the subject matter of the contract into smaller parts is to support small and medium-sized enterprises and thus enable them to access public resources. The contracting authority does not purchase volumes that would not be feasible for SMEs, and expects them to participate in this competition. Therefore, the support of small and medium-sized enterprises is fulfilled without the need to divide this contract into smaller units.
