Restricted procedure for entrusting the service of a bar outside the garrison of this hospital company CIG: 8139125A6B

Entrusting the management of the service of the bar outside the garrison of this hospital company located in the square in via Tristano di Joannuccio 1 CIG: 8139125A6B. Value of the concession determined on the basis of the estimated annual turnoveror equal to 364 067.00 EUR plus VAT; purely indicative value, in addition to the annual fee based on the tender on which an annual upward offer must be made, of EUR 25 500.00 plus VAT (security charges for eliminating zero risk of interference).

Entrusting the management of the service of the external bar to the garrison of thishospital located in the square in via Tristano di Joannuccio 1 CIG: 8139125A6B. It will be the responsibility of the successful tenderer to carry out all the technical activities necessary for carrying out the activities of any nature, including the consequent authorization and charges for adaptation works. The area object of the lease is reported in the cadastral plan duly ppublished on the company portal: www.aospterni.it together with the invitation to tender.

OE declaration, signed by the pro tempore legal representative, using the DGUE model with which the declarant certifies:

a) that he is not in any of the conditions of exclusion provided for in art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and as amended (part III of the ESPD);

b) that the company is in compliance with the rules it disciplinesthe right to work of disabled people, pursuant to art. 17 of the L. n. 68/1999. Firms employing fewer than 15 employees will have to report this; the provincial office responsible for issuing the certification certifying the aforementioned declaration (part III, section D of the DGUE) must also be indicated;

c) to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce, pursuant to Law 15.5.1997, n. 127 and D.P.R. 28.12.2000, n.445, providing all the information contained in the registration certificate, (part IV of the DGUE) and indicating the territorially competent Chamber of Commerce;

d) the requirement of the absence of mafia or Camorra procedures against the legal representative of the company and, where present, of the subjects referred to in art. 80, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 (part III, section D of the ESPD)

List and breve description of the criteria:

Suitable original bank references issued by at least 2 (two) credit institutions, certifying the competitor`s financial and economic capacity adequate for the performance of the contract and that the competitor is able to meet regularly and punctuality to their commitments. If the company cannot present the second bank reference, it must specifythe grounds within part IV of section, point 6) of the ESPD and indicate, in part IV of the section under point 1b); the average global turnover of the economic operator achieved in the years 2016-2017-2018.

The tender is announced with a deliberative act of the extraordinary commissioner of the hospital of Terni n. 7 of 13.1.2020. Within part II section of the ESPD, for the purpose of`sending of communications, the chosen address must be indicated at the certified e-mail address; the DGUE must be completed only in the parts not expressly crossed out, accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document of the subscriber and the documentation referred to in this call. Appropriate companies are allowed to submit an offeritly and temporarily grouped and consortia, pursuant to art. 45, 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016, n. 50 and subsequent amendments In the event that the application for participation is submitted by companies under a temporary grouping scheme, the ESPD, the application for participation and the above documentation must be submitted by each economic operator participating in the grouping. The ESPD (from tdownload in pdf format) and the above documentation must be sent to the Terni hospital by using the Net4market telematic platform with the words: of the bar outside the S. Maria di Terni hospital. The modalities of presentation of the offers will however be indicated in the invitation letter and the technical specifications will be described in detail nand the special tender specifications (this documentation and related attachments will be sent to the admitted companies, after the prequalification phase). The application for participation does not bind the administration, which reserves the right to revoke, cancel, in whole or in part and at any time, this procedure, for reasons of convenience or public interest, without the competitorsentities may make claims or rights of any kind. The award criterion is that of the most economically advantageous offer, based on the criteria that will be indicated in the invitation letter. The successful tenderer is obliged to pay the hospitalization company of Terni the costs of publication relating to this procedure. For any clarification and for any clarification, a special shared space called accessible within the e-procurement section is activated, recalling the restricted procedure in question, accessible as a result of enabling the procedures, no later than 20.3.2020. The answers to the questions will be published by 25.3.2020, on the website: www.aospterni.it in the session relating to this procedure and on the Net4market platform, and will form an integral part of the tender documentation.
