The whole tender procedurecarried out through a telematic trading platform pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 2016. For the completion of this tender, the USL Company uses the IT system for the telematic purchasing procedures, accessible from the website http://intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it. All tender documentation can be downloaded, only for consultation, from the www.ausl.bologna.it - section. The clarifications must be sent to the system according to the procedures specified in the guides for the use of the new platform accessible from the website http://intercenter.regione.emilia-romagna.it/agenzia/utilizzo-del-sistema/guide/. The first reserved session, established for the opening of the documentation uploaded to the system, will be held at the Metropolit Purchasing Departmentanus, via Gramsci 12, Bologna; any change in the opening date referred to in point IV.2.7 will be communicated through publication on the sites. The company USL reserves the right to proceed with the tender even in the presence of a single offer. The CIG related to the lots, including options and / or renewals, are: lot 1, 7623644E09; lot 2, 7623690402.

The terms indicated in point IV.2.2) sono to be considered peremptory, under penalty of non-admission. Subcontracting is permitted pursuant to Article 105 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016 with indication of the sub-contractors. It is specified that the contract does not contain the arbitration clause. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 30.6.2003 n. 196 it is specified that the transmitted data will be used for the performance of institutional functions.
