TIP collection, checks, energy checks and cash

Services ensuring the collection of means of payment: TIPS € PA / bank checks / cash / energy checks from the different departments of the group.

The services include among others:

- the collection and opening of the envelopes,

- the digitization of the regulations and associated documentss,

- the supply of consumables,

- bank remittances,

- the treatment of special cases (unpaid, other ...),

- the processing of CAI,

- archiving and access to data,

- the reversibility of the services.

The candidate must provide a declaration on honor to justify that he does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141- 7 a L. 2141-11 of the code of public procurement, in particular that it meets the obligations concerning the employment of disabled workers defined in articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code. This declaration is to be produced by the individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group and, if applicable, by the sub-contractors present.

The candidate must submit 1 extract from the register persuch as an extract k-bis, or, failing that, 1 equivalent document making it possible to identify the candidate. This document is to be provided by individual candidates and by each of the members of a candidate group.

Financial suitability criterion:

The candidate economic operator or the candidate economic operator group must achieve a minimum annual turnover of:

- lot 1: 18.72 000000 EUR,

- lot 2: 34.4 million EUR,

- lot 3: 31.2 million EUR.

To meet this criterion, the candidate must provide a statement concerning the candidate's overall turnover and the turnover business in the field of activity covered by the contract, relating to the last 3 financial years available.

In the event that 1 candidate wishes to submit an offer on several lots, he may not behe is the beneficiary of these lots only if he generates 1 annual turnover greater than or equal to the total of the minimum annual turnover required for these lots. If 1 candidate wishes to position himself on several lots but that the annual turnover which he generates is insufficient to be awarded all of these lots, EDF will define the lot (s) on which one (s) candidate will be awarded in functionion of the economic optimum for EDF.
