The present consultation concerns the services of samples and water analyzes for search and enumeration of legionella in the sanitary hot water networks and the fountains of ornamentation. buildings of the city of Antibes Juan-les-Pins.

The contracting authority imposes the transmission of the application in the form offorms DC1 and DC2 but accepts that the candidate presents his application in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME). - Accreditation of the laboratory according to ISO / IEC 17025 by the French Accreditation Committee (Cofrac) for the 100-2 program: or by any other equivalent European accreditation body of the multilateral agreement adopted within the framework of the European coordination of accreditation bodiesnot. The framework agreement is concluded from 1.1.2019 (or its notification date, whichever is later) until 31.12.2019.
