The object of the contract is the supply of materials for the upgrading of the sports centers of the University of Athens. Ano Liosia, Municipality of Fylis (Akrata Stadium and Panorama Stadium) Zephyriou (Zephyriou Stadium), of the Municipality of Fili.

The provision and installation of a modern synthetic turf system and the upgrading of the facilities are deemed necessary so that there are sports grounds that cover the sports activities of each area

The geographic position of the stadiums is taken seriously, so that the to supply materials to fully meet the specifics of the area.

The items requiredfor the complete upgrading of the facilities are:

- supply of aggregates, graduated granulometry,

- commission of a stadium drainage system,

- supply of a surface drainage system of rainwater,

- procurement of a synthetic grass turf system. in the process of concluding this contract, are required to engage in commercial-or industrial or craft activity related to the subject of supply. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to the Law. 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SBS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on procurement procedures, are required to be registered in the respective professionscommercial or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.
