Outsourcing of custody services, management, indexing, IT classification, logistical and organizational support of the archives of the general management and D.reg. INPS.

Procedure open within the Community, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the outsourcing of the storage, custody, classification and outlet servicein charge and management of part of the deposit archives in the premises of the institute, as well as documentation now entrusted to outsourced economic operators. The integrated management of the service, specifically includes the following activities:

Main Site: Tuscany, Umbria, Marche, Emilia.

Procedure open within the Community, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for the custodyo outsourcing of the storage, custody, classification, taking charge and management of part of the deposit archives in the premises of the institute, as well as documentation now entrusted to outsourced economic operators. The integrated management of the service, specifically includes the following activities:

- archive search and handling,

- classification ecataloging informatics,

- archival consulting and restitution of the deposit archive at the end of the contract

Registration in the register of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of the provincial commissions for the craft, or at the competent professional orders, for activities consistent with those covered by this tender procedure.
