The scope of the framework agreement is the provision of archiving and storage services of AM POCA achievement of the objectives proposed in the Priority Axis - 3, technical assistance, specific objective: Strengthening the administrative capacityrationale for the effective implementation of POCA and SIPOCA 39, in order to ensure the continuity of the operational program implementation, to ensure the necessary space for the archiving and storage of the documents resulting from the activity of AM POCA, as well as the observance by AM POCA of the legal provisions in the field .

I.1. 1) The bidders will submit a statement by assuming the contractual provisions of the indicative contract model provided by the contracting authority . Regarding the contractual clauses, economic operators may formulate clarifications before the deadline for submission, in termestablished by the contracting authority; 2) Having regard to the provisions of Art. 20 par. 3) In the technical offer, the tenderers will fill in the Form by the technical offer made available by the contract authorityanta, both at the Forms and within the specifications;

4) Adjustment of the value of the framework agreement: the price adjustment will be made according to art. 164 par. (3) and paragraph (8) of H.G. 395/2016 24 months after the signing of the framework agreement.

The value of the framework agreement will be adjusted (increased / diminished) in relation to the annual inflation rate published by the INS at http://statistici.insse.ro/shop /for CPI services, subject to the availability of funds.

The price adjustment will be made for the amount remaining to be provided in the framework agreement as follows:

- The price adjustment of the framework agreement will be made without this representing a substantial change by concluding an addendum to the framework agreement and will only be done once during the framework agreementu,

- The unit prices in the first 2 years (24 months) of the framework agreement will be those mentioned in the financial offer and can not be changed. Price adjustment does not apply during the first 24 months of the duration of the framework agreement, and will apply from month 25, year 3, - The adjustment will only be applied from the following year, if the annual inflation / deflation rate published on http: /www.insse.ro/cms/ro/ content / ipcseries-data for the previous year exceeds 3% and only during the period of validity of the framework agreement,

- The adjustment applies to the outstanding / delivered / executed balance, without reference to the remaining payment, there are differences between them,

The subsequent contracts can not be subject to a new adjustment, during their course,

The price adjustment will be usedby cutting the consumer price index for "Services" - "Other services", calculated by the National Institute of Statistics and published in the last Monthly Statistical Bulletin, issued in the month preceding the conclusion of the subsequent contract (http://www.insse.ro/cms/ The formula is: VA = SA X IPC (S)%, where:

- VA - is the current value of the c-agreement- SA - represents the amount to be updated, based on the unit / total prices declared in the financial proposal and the amounts of services remaining to be delivered, - CPI (S)% - consumer price index for the "Services" branch - "Other Services", calculated by the INS and published in the latest Monthly Statistical Bulletin that appeared before the conclusion of the subsequent contract (including on the INS website-- Monthly Statistical Bulletin)
